Larry Jackson Jr was 32 years old blask father of three.

Larry just wanted to enter the bank, but it was locked due to an earlier bank robbery that day.
Detective Charles Kleinert suspected him and started questioning him, because according to Kelinert, Larry “misidentified himself”,
so he was likely to carry out a fraud.

After few moments, Larry ran away, and the officer chased him, he even commanded a driver to help in the chase,
the driver described the detective as “out of control”,
the officer did not even call for a backup.

When the officer reached him, a struggle ensued, that’s when the officer shot Larry in the back of the neck.

Larry died on the scene.
