James Chaney
James Chaney was a 21 years old black man.
He was one of the 3 Congress of Racial Equality civil rights workers
who were killed in Mississipi in a plan devised by the White Knights of the Ku Klux Klan,
the Neshoba County Sheriff’s Office and the Philadelphia Police Department.
Their car was pulled over and all three were kidnapped, and driven to another place.
That’s when the murderers shot them dead.
After the shooting, they buried their bodies in an earthern dam.
