Giovonn Joseph McDade was a well liked, sports loving and always smiling 20 years old student.

He was pursued by officers because apparently one of them thought he looked suspicious.
They trapped his car in cul-de-sac, and as soon as the officer exited his car, he fired two shots, hitting
Giovonn in the chest.
