George W. Lee
George W. Lee was an African-American civil rights leader and minister.
He was a VP of the RCNL.
George grew up poor, and his stepfather was abusive.
Later in his life, he became a preacher in Mississippi.
George Lee was the first black man to register to vote in Mississippi.
George was assassinated in 1955, in an attempt to stop his efforts in registering
the African Americans to vote.
