Gabe Winzer was a young 25 years old man,
he faced mental disabilities in his life.

Gabe was just out on his bike in 2013,
When the police spotted him from approximately 100 yards away, mistaking him for someone else,
they starting shooting at him within few seconds of spotting him.

Gabe got hit 4 times, and that’s when he managed to escape to his own house’s backyard.
His father attempted to help him, but the police tased the father.

Gabe’s wounds were too severe.
He died at the scene.
