Anthony Hill, was a 27 years old US Air Force veteran.

Hill was fatally shot in 2015, by officer Robert Olsen.

He was hanging from his 2nd story balcony,
then he was reported to be running in the complex and knocking on doors asking for his medicine.

Anthony suffered from a mental illness and was naked and unarmed.
